Are u sure its 70%? Im enchanting since a 2hours ago, and i got nothing more than 11 lol. All break up from 8 to 9.. If u have a lot of lucky, u can do it +10! Btw, i think will be better, put more enchant rate, or get less Max enchant, is hard to get something 15...imagine +30.. Ill suggest, safe +5 max+20 75-80%. And farm zones, the mobs are too hard, ill put them less powerful, and the rate of mantra increased, they're not 100%.
